Playing around with my lovely new floral die. It cut beautifully first time with the precision plate. I found it a bit alarming rolling the sandwich through though. The plate is solid metal and there is no give in it. I was sure I was going to break my trusty Big shot, after 10 years good service. All was well. That roller brush is a big help with all the little pieces. Gotta love a handy gadget.
Now to decide on the ribbon and I can make the gift box, ready for the wedding at the end of the month. If only my outfit was as easy to put together!
Joining in with Julia and the Deskers today. Happy Wednesday to you.

What a beautiful die. I have some intricate snowflake dies which you have to roll throught the Big Shot a few times too. I lkie that roller tool you have as I spend ages picking all the tiny bits out of the die.
Thanks for sharing

That's a very beautiful die indeed and I can see why the rolly brush thingy helped. Hope you have a lovely time at the wedding (and that you find something to wear!)

I worried about that too when I bought my Precision plate.I think that brushy thing might be a good investment too. Love that die and what you did with it.

That is a stunning die and it looks good against the dark blue - it makes a gorgeous wedding card. I have a couple of intricate dies and wasn't sure whether to get a tool like that as they are a pain to pick through with a pin! As you've found it so useful I might give one a try.
Happy WOYWW,

Hi Fiona, lovely colours for the box. I have to get a wedding card made for next weekend. I have one of those tools now in the stuff that was gifted to me, I haven't actually used it yet, but if they're so good I must pull it out next time. Have a great week, Hugs, Shaz #4 xxx
Morning Fiona. That's a lovely die - so pretty and feminine. Great roller brush, too - very handy for the fiddly bits... Enjoy the wedding when you get there.
Take care. God bless.

I used to have the big shot but I sold it along with all my dies after buying an electronic cutting machine. Perhaps I should have kept it because it can do things that electronic machines can not do, like embossing, for example. Not for the first time, I'm thinking about buying something that I had previously sold, LOL! When will I learn? Have fun this week! zsuzsa #24
Beautiful die.... some great cards in the making.
Have a good week

Such a beautiful die. I've been considering one of those tools to get the pieces out. Glad to hear it's handy. Blessings for a great WOYWW and terrific week! LisaDV #28
That's a beautiful die. Wow, have you really had a Big Shot for ten years? It's time I got my skates on and finally bought one
such a pretty die, so intricate (I have a love-hate relationship with that style!) My big shot must be that old too. Helen #1
Beautiful die! Great to see what you've been up to..apologies for the late arrival. Elaine no. 40
Beautiful work - such a lovely die - and two useful tools for those intricate dies.
Hope the wedding goes off alright when the time comes - hope we get to see some pictures.
Hugs & Thanks for visiting me - Neet 3 xx
Happy Belated WOYWW. One of the reasons why I stopped using dies was that I am too impatient to cope with getting all of the bits out, but that brushy-thingy really looks useful. Enjoy the wedding and hope you find the perfect outfit. Ali x #34
That is a lovely die and a fantastic gadget!
The die is beautiful I would be a little freaked about the metal pad breaking my machine glad to see your machine is still fine happy late WOYWW hugs Nikki 2
That is so pretty - glad to hear the plate works well as I am getting that die for my birthday , I will try not to get freaked when I use it LOL.
Look forward to seeing all the lovely things you make with the die
Wow, that looks fiddly - but so beautifully effective. Hoping you are successful in finding something as pretty to adorn yourself :).
