Summertime Photography Scavenger Hunt 2012

Rinda is hosting a link up party for those participating in her fantastic scavenger hunt. I wasn’t going to take part today, but having popped in to see what others have captured so far, I changed my mind!

As soon as I saw Rinda’s list for this year, I knew I wanted to join in. I’ve been saving it for the summer holidays, so that we can all have the fun of searching. I did take one photo in advance though, as I wasn’t sure I’d get another glimpse of a bride.

P1020023

This was captured as the evening do was beginning and guests were moving from the restaurant below into the rooms above. It was raining and the bride was very animated, so this was the best of the bunch. Blur aside, I like the fact that it captures a few other details of the evening.

One down, twenty to go. It’s not to late to join in. Go check it out.

I’ll be back this evening with my usual Stampin’ Up Saturday post.

I think a bride is going to be one of the difficult ones for me.

I think I'm going to have been a creepy lurker out side a church to get a bride lol I love the little boy so engrossed in his game!

Good that you are getting a bridge first because that is the hardest one for me, but I'm finally going to get my bride today. We have a wedding this evening. Even though she won't be dressed as a traditional bride, because it is the second and third marriage for both, it will still be a bride. Hope to get some dancing photos, too! This hunt is so much fun.

Yeah for the bride - the small boy concentrating on the important things in life i.e. his game made me smile :)

Yes, the boy in front made me smile too - it really captures all the little things that go on while the bride and groom are getting their pictures taken

Oooh good catch! As I think the bride is one of the hardest; most people have just stumbled upon one, I think.
Thanks for joining in the link-up!

I'm not sure I'm going to find a bride but there is still time. I giggled at the boy as my sons would be exactly the same. Great photo.

Good for you for finding a bride! That's one that I'm not sure I'll be able to pull off.

I thought the bride would be the hardest to find, but I found one in a photo at a museum! Great shot you captured.
