What’s On Your Workdesk Wednesday #118

It’s the very last day of the holidays here and I’ve been making the most of spending time with my children before they return to school tomorrow. I still haven’t found that pesky lead, so another dose of imagination will be needed this week.

Again nothing much has changed since this photo was taken. Latest additions are a copy of this month’s Craft Stamper, a new academic diary and a laundry marker. Also the leftovers from the notebooks I made last week.

In lieu of a desk shot, I’ll share a few more lions, as they seemed to go down quite well. I’ve picked some which have a little more of Bath on show in the background, for those who showed an interest in the city.

This colourful lion was on show in the Royal Crescent.

This magnificent beast was on the porch of a hotel and shows the local stone.

This is the Cath Kidston lion and shows part of the busy high street, complete with building works!

P1010037

In the last shot we were trying to decide who had the more impressive mane.

What do you think?

If it’s desks you want and of course you do, then pop over to Julia’s place, where there will be plenty to choose from.

I had a week off from blogging in between WOYWWs, but I’ll be back with Five Things I’m Loving This Friday, not suprisingly, on Friday. Maybe I’ll see you there.

I love the Cath Kidson lion! I have just brought the new issue of craft stamper but I have to read it when my toddler is asleep otherwise she takes it off me. I admire her enthusiasm for crafting but sometimes she gets too excited and rips the pages.

Fun lions. I first saw this idea in Germany, cows and milkmaids I think. Do you get to look at the sea a lot? One day I want to live by the sea, for now I have to be satisfied with holidaying - week and a half until the next visit......

Great photos - I enjoyed a trip to Bath earlier this year (actually it might have been last year - not sure but we know how time flies!) and have some photos of those lions too - wish they would do some round my town or Birmingham. Looks like you had a great day.

Hi there, bit of flying visit from me today but just wanted to pop in and say Hi. Thanks for sharing your little corner of the world with us this week. Hope your creative journey this week is a good one! Great lions. I always enjoy the Lambannanas in Liverpool too!

Ah your daughter wins hands down. Natural is beautiful. But the shot of lion against the bath stone of the hotel is fab.

Have not seen those lions before, but I am not sure about the coloured ones. I am a bit traditional about street art. Your daughter is far more photogenic.
