What’s On Your Workdesk Wednesday? #163

A very quick one from me this week.

P1020115

I just had time, while dinner was in the oven, to sketch out a pattern for a peg bag. That brown paper packaging came in very handy, as the copier paper was too small. I’m making one for myself and another for my Mum. Can you guess which is which?

If you want to see how the cards from last Wednesday turned out, they are here.

For lots more desks make your way to Julia’s Place.

Fun fabric - I made mine to match my kitchen curtains - don't know why - peg bag stays in utility room and that doesn't have curtains!!! Its the thought that counts. Hope we get to see the finished ones. x Jo

Both fabrics are wonderful, a peg bag in either would be fab. I like how you snuck in some time to work on your project. I need to be sneakier myself and grab those small amounts of time. They can add up!

I always like seeing what you have on your work desk, and I'll look forward to seeing the "peg" bags done. I'm assuming a "peg" is the same as a "clothes-pin" here in the US?

Love the idea of a peg bag but I'm always forgetting to bring my pegs in so it wouldn't last very long with all the rain we've been getting! Either fabric would be nice - like both equally.

I made a peg bag too ages ago & its still going strong but the hanger gave up the ghost - so now it has one of those grip style trouser hangers on the outside !! Hope your bags work out (is it you swirly & Mum's floral ?) - do show us next week !!

Thanks for popping over to my blog. Show us the finished peg bag - I think I need to make one - I use an ice cream carton!

I know I'd like either fabric! At first I thought you were going to wrap the hangers with the fabric. I posted "Project Pinterest" and that was my project -- kid hangers with monkey fabric. Although the monkeys aren't that visible but it was fun.

Great project, Fiona! Love the fabrics.

I'm desperately trying to get to the end of the list before the next WOYWW! So a very belated happy WOYWW from me,
