What’s On Your Workdesk Wednesday? #154

The sun is shining, but the car needed defrosting when my husband left for work. Is it really the middle of May?

P1010889

The ironing board is out again. I had a huge parcel of prints from Photobox delivered yesterday and I’ve started to try and get them into some order. This is my daughter’s sports day in 2010. I’m going to make two scrapbook pages and put the rest into divided page projectors. I took a lot of photos that day. It was her last at primary school and she was captain of her team.

I’m off to see my best friend from college today. I’m hoping the road layout hasn’t changed too much since last year. She lives not far from where the Olympic sailing events will be held this summer and there has been a lot of disruption. Fingers crossed for a straightforward journey. I’m not known for my sense of direction.

Julia will be hosting as usual and I’ll be round to see you all later.

I have to smile at how you use your ironing board to sort things out. I have my ironing board always at the ready in my sewing room, but yes, I will use it for things like this too.

I love the 'reportage' feel of the photos Fiona, they'll make a fab double I must say.
Hope you had a good day...and the roads were kind...I have a friend who's ex-local and has been thrown every time she's visited in the last year!

Fab photos - look forward to seeing the resulting LOs!

Weather is crazy isn't it! I'm getting fed up of having to keep trekking down to the cellar to turn the heating up/down/on/off!

I like how you used the ironing board for your creativeness! Hope you had a good day out and didn't get lost, I take it you were heading to Dorset? I have family on the border of Somerset and Dorset so we often head out to the coast when we visit.

My birthday is at the end of the month, and we've often had awful weather late May - I remember my birthday party when I was eleven was cancelled due to a hail storm....!

Fab photos - don't forget to show us the finished pages!

Lovely photos and happy travelling. You poor thing with lousy direction, I can travel from one side of australia to the other without a road map and get through most cities in the process, even Sydney which is the worst. LOL
