What’s On Your Workdesk Wednesday #115

Well I totally missed last Wednesday, in fact I think I may have lost a couple of days last week, but here I am, back again.

My desk is full of everything I used to make a scrapbook page for my daughter’s album and a few things I didn’t. If you’re wondering how I actually work, when there is clearly no space left to work in, well that’s where my ironing board comes in. I prefer to scrap standing up and I can adjust the ironing board to the perfect height. What else would I use it for anyway?

I need to add the date and some journalling, but otherwise it’s done. I also have have some tiny gems to stick along the bottom edge of the crown, but I seem to have misplaced them for the moment. The page was inspired by the Starting Point Challenge from Shimelle’s online crop last weekend.

For more desks head on over to Julia’s place.

Sorry, ironing board?? Nope, you'll have to explain this alien concept to me!!! LOVE your daughter's LO, great colours and patterns. Jewels on the crown sound like a good idea too :) xx

Lots of lovely goodies in your space. What a good idea to use the ironing board - have never thought of that - mine lives tucked behind a door and hardly ever sees the light of day - lol! - Hazel WOYWW #65 x

I like to craft standing up too which is why my DH put the worktop in at standing height and gave me a barstool to perch on occasionally :) Brilliant colours in your layout - lovely papers. Elizabeth x #70

That's a lovely picture ... and genius to use an ironing board! I often stand up to scrap and my back gets sore. Thanks for the tip!

Ah the ironing board - the most useless turned into the most useful! Love the LO. Love the idea of 'misplaced' gems, lord I've got some of those!

I like to work at my ironing board - hence the cover is dyed, printed, glued and glittered!
