Still the Easter holidays here for my girl. Which means I'm still at home at 8am. A novelty for me. Wedding season was in full swing at the kitchen table yesterday.
I've packed some of these lovelies into boxes and I'll be out the door to class in about an hour. Not everyone has a wedding to go to, so I've made the designs adaptable for Anniversaries and even Birthdays. How pretty is that embossing folder? I love the hearts/petals and it's another thing I'll be sad to see retiring.
A couple of people asked what that meant, last week. When a product retires it's no longer available to purchase. I keep my favourites for personal use, but I don't continue to feature them in class projects. There's nothing more annoying than not being able to get hold of something you like.
Linking up with Julia and the Deskers on this sunny morning. Happy Wednesday.
Looks like you're going to be making some very pretty cards!
ReplyDeleteYes, I do like that embossing folder, but the lacy die cut is also very beautiful!
ReplyDeleteI love the die too. So intricate and pretty.

ReplyDeleteHi Fiona, I love that embossing folder, really useful. Shame it's retiring, I agree. Good when a design can be swapped out for other uses. Have a great week, Hugs, Shaz #15 XxX

Glad you're still enjoying your break....oh my GOSH!! LOOOOOOVE that heart embossing, is it? I'm with you - what a shame it's retiring. Looks lovely in the pink, too. Bet your ladies loved their class:):)
ReplyDeleteYour projects are always so thoughtfully designed, your classes must be a pleasure to be a part of.
ReplyDeleteIt is too bad sets need to be retired - and it seems it's always the best ones! The hearts folder is really nice! Have fun with your class, Thanks for sharing, Lindart #35
ReplyDeleteI'm glad I snagged that set. Will also be great for Mother's Day, too. While I hate to see sets retire, I look forward to new. I only purchase what I like and hope I can showcase the set enough that others will fall in love with it, too. Hope you'll show your class cards. Creative Blessings! Kelly #29
