What’s On Your Workdesk Wednesday #205

How can it be Wednesday again already? I know lots of us say this every week, but seriously, how can can it be? I haven’t blogged since the last WOYWW. It must be the combination of a Bank Holiday weekend, making a short working/school week and impending GCSE exams. Stressful times and I’m not even the one taking them!

In a bid to be more organised with my classes, I’m making all the ‘Blue Peter’ bits today. Yes, that’s right, a whole week in advance. I don’t know what has come over me. We’ll be making a little box, perfectly sized to present a cupcake in. There will be two cards, one to match the box and a second design, yet to be dreamed up. But I’ve got a whole week, right? There’s always next Tuesday night for that one.

Hop on over to Julia’s place if you want to see more crafty work spaces. I’ll be round to visit with a nice cup of coffee later.

  6. Your desk is SO neat! I didn't dare photograph mine this week - it's just too much chaos!! Well done for being as organised for your class. I am deeply impressed.
Have a good week - despite the impending GCSEs etc.

  10. I like the spotty dotty paper...spots never go out of fashion, do they? I think you're clever getting organised ahead of time, saves stress nearer the event! I hate rushing around at the last minute trying to sort stuff out.....if ever I am stressed, I get a recurring dream where I'm late for a band concert, forgotten my music or instrument etc etc. them I wake in a cold sweat!!

  11. OMG! You are going to give me a complex being so efficient and ahead in the game! I am such a procrastinator and scrambling at the last minute to get things done around here for my classes! Thanks for visiting my desk earlier. Hope you have a great week. Vickie #36

  18. Well done you _ I too try to do a lot of the repetitive cutting prior to the workshop, just keeps boredom and sharing to a minimum huh! I know what you mean about the Wednesday thing..I think the Bank Holiday has done my head in this week, today feels like Friday, am so all over the place!

  21. How nice to be so well-organised - I think it would be anyway but unfortunately I only ever get things done at the last minute! I know what you mean about the GCSEs - I think I worry more about them now than I ever did when I was actually sitting exams myself (though back then it was O levels!)
