What’s On Your Workdesk Wednesday? #150

Well I managed to totally miss WOYWW last week, due to the Bank Holiday and it almost passed me by this week too. My two had an Inset Day on Monday and I find myself a day behind again.

The decorating is finished at last and we’ve had a bit of a reshuffle in the lounge. This is what I now see when I stand where I used to take my desk shot.

I took this photo last week, when I was reloading the bookshelf, while you can still see the colour of the walls. It’ll be crafting on the kitchen table and the lounge floor for the forseeable future, until I can make myself a space upstairs. That may be a while. In the meantime I made these little bags for a swap last Sunday.

I decided a few weeks ago to sign up as a Stampin’ Up demonstrator and these were for the other ladies in the team. I think they liked them, but that may have been due to the chocolates inside! I only had SU ribbon in white, but I think they would look great with co-ordinating handles.

If you’d rather look at desks than shelves, then head on over to Julia’s place where you’ll find plenty to choose from.

  10. What struck me was the similarities of our taste in books!! Though I haven't read a couple of those - will search out the Donna Tartt one for my Kindle.

  14. Lovely boxes. Whenever the SU lady comes to me or I go to her she always gives me a little gift. It's so nice.

I made a card using a SU stamp the other day, but I didn't really like it. If you have any inspiration using the young vermilion stamp, I'd be grateful!
    take care

  20. I like the new color on the walls. Some of the book covers really add a nice pop of color too!

Your treat bags are great! Have fun being a SU demonstrator. I was one over 10 years ago and really enjoyed it. I still use my markers that I bought over 15 years ago.

    Happy WOYWW

  26. Well, I like peeking at those kinds of pages just as well as scrapbooking pages - I recognize a couple of those titles too. I hope you reclaim some crafting space soon. And good luck with SU - they really have great stuff in gorgeous colors.
