What's On Your Workdesk? Wednesday #379

Last time I showed my desk (nearly a month ago!) I was busy making a card and gift box for a wedding. There's no crafting going on at the kitchen table this week, but I am making a few plans. Autumn sewing plans.

This denim is for a dungaree dress.....

.....and I'll use the Amy Butler print for the facings, just because.

I think this lovely drapey blue stripe will be perfect for a Hemlock tee.....

.....and the black striped cotton sateen is destined to become another Ginger skirt. I'm going to attempt cutting the pieces to form chevrons. Wish me luck!

Linking up with Julia and the Deskers on this sunny Wednesday afternoon.

  2. I love that blue and white fabric, the pattern is gorgeous and I admire you making a top out of Tshirt material - I found it impossible to sew as it's so stretchy! I'm looking forward to seeing your finished creations.
Thank you for stopping by earlier, I hope you have a lovely week,

  10. Oh gosh - I've just looked at that skirt you've made and it's so neat and nicely stitched! I daren't let you near those cushions - the tension is out and one of them most definitely is NOT square.... LOL... It's embarrassing.

Thanks for stopping by though, and the fabrics you're teasing us with are just lovely....
