January seems to be the month of foodie Monday posts. This week is no exception.
On Saturday I cooked Mexican Leek and Blackbean Chilli for the first time....
It was most welcome after a 200 mile round trip, in the driving rain, today.
Joining in with Sian, whose idea it is to share something new we learned or a first.

It sounds delicious. Should I ever come to visit I think I'll request a chilli lol I tasted it once when I was a student and dodgy cooking put me off. I suspect you make a very good one and would be able to convert me :)

ReplyDeleteI've never tried a veggie chilli - but I love the meaty ones so am more than happy to try a variation! What a lovely colourful meal, and I can imagine how welcoming it was to come home to after that long journey.
