What’s On Your Workdesk? Wednesday #286

Nothing today, or indeed yesterday. Well nothing crafty anyway. I took delivery of a large order of books. It came in not one, but two boxes and I have been wrapping them, before packing them back in the boxes, ready to deliver or place under our tree, when the time comes. I can assure you I am not usually this organised!

I do have something to share though. Remember that screen card (you can see the finished article here, if you’re interested) that was in the prep stages last week? I put the punched out stars to good use as the ‘filling’ for this shaker card. A simple stamped background and envelope flap to match. A glittery star for added bling and some silky silver ribbon for that all important touchability factor.

Short and sweet this week. Linking up with Julia and the deskers, of course.

  1. How clever of you to do that tag with the left overs. I love it. Might have to make some stars to make this tag too. (or something similar) #3

  18. Gorgeous card, love the colour scheme and a fab way to use the punch waste. Well done with getting the pressies wrapped up straight away, I really should do that but I never do and then end up doing them all in a rush LOL

  27. hello Fiona,

Oh, I wanted to see the books - I LOVE books! I would say you are organized, wrapped presents and adorable shaker card ready for the recipient. Luckily I've been Christmas shopping a bit and don't have much more to do. Yay.

I've had my Thanksgiving meal so it was a perfect time to visit desks - either that or take a nap!!

Thank you for visiting me already! Happy belated WOYWW
    Hugs,
