The short answer to that is…..nothing! It’s very difficult to put anything on your desk when it’s had its legs removed and is propped up against the wall in the upstairs passage way. About a week before Christmas, I lost my little creative corner to make way for the tree. Only a couple more days until Twelfth Night, when I can reclaim it. In the meantime, I’m thinking about the projects waiting to be made.
A Clothkits skirt with a beautiful Rob Ryan design.
A little maze book to put my version of this face into, along with all the other fabulous faces I received in Mel’s swap.
The bag that came with this book and still remains in pieces nearly a year later.
Those are just a few of the things on my ‘to do’ list and I’m looking forward to putting the legs back on my desk so that I can get started. This year I’ve pledged to A Make A Month which is being hosted by Annie over at The Felt Fairy. I’m actually hoping to make many more than that, but it’s not a bad place to start.
I’ve been making my way (slowly) through the list of bloggers taking part and popped in to say hello to some already. I’m happy to see a few familiar faces among them. If you’re joining in with this, please make yourself known. It’ll be great to get to know you and see your makes throughout the year.
If it’s actual desks you’re after, then you might want to pop over to Julia’s blog where you’ll find an abundance of them.
I’ll be back on Friday with Five Things I’m Loving. Hope to see you there.
Looks like you have some great plans for using that table when the legs are back on - enjoy!

oooh... a deskless existence. Hopefully yours will grow legs and be back in action soon. I'm sure it is fun to dream of the next big project (or little one) but it will be even more fun to do it.
ReplyDeleteHowever have you coped without a desk for so long? You must have severe withdrawal symptoms by now. Hope you soon get back to normal and have a chance to get down to all those exciting projects. Maggie #72
