I had a black poplin one and was very proud of it - mind you, it was just about the only skirt I owned that year; we were flat broke and had no clothes for the summer... my mum bought us each 2 summer dresses, from her "pay it off weekly" catalogue. Funny what memories a photo can dredge up! <br /><br />But that golden dress is amazing. I love the colours in it. I bet it would cost more than my pocket money though...
